Purchase Guidelines

Simple Purchasing Steps:
Step 1: Register as a member for free.
Step 2: Login as a member
Step 3: Select your favor products from our list and click "Buy now" to add them into your shopping cart.
Step 4: When finish your online shopping, press [Checkout center]
Step 5: Parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated.
Step 6: Follow the guideline to settle the payment.
Step 7: You can view all your orders in the member center.
(*_* After you make payment, we'll prepare the goods for you and then send out. As stocks level is changing every hour, potentially 5% of goods may not have enough stocks.  If some goods in your payed order is out of stock, all the money for the goods and its shipping fee will be refunded to your account balance for using in next order. Or, you can contact our CS to make sure about the stock status after place order, then you can make replacement.*_*)
Step 8: Tracking number will be sent to your email address when parcel is delivered. You may also instantly track the parcel status, by clicking the tracking No. at order tracking page.

You can buy safely and securely ONLINE by just adding the clothes of your choice to the shopping cart, it also enables faster processing and delivery.
You may add your preferred items to Cart, all items adding to cart are currently in stock. Please click [ Checkout center ] to submit your order, payment information and account details would be shown in check out page.
You can check member center for all your account information, including Account Balance, Order Information, Order Processing Status, Points Status and Redemptions.

We accept payment from:
-- Paypal (No need to pay transaction fee, but We bear it)
-- Credit Card Payment
-- Western Union / MoneyGram
-- Bank transfer (T/T)
We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Personal and Business Checks.
All payments must be submitted within 7 days after the purchase. If payment has not been received after that period, your item may possibly be sold to another buyer.
Please DO NOT submit order if you do not intend to follow up with payment. If you want to count the shipping fee, you can add goods to cart, before submitting the order, you'll see total shipping charge.
Once we have received your payment, we will update the order status from "Paid, Unshipped" ASAP.

Shipping & Handling
We ship worldwide.
Please see our Shipping information here. Parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated during Checkout. Different shipping rate based on product weight and destination.
We'll ship it out in 2-5 days after receive your payment. After posting out your items, we would update the order status from "Preparing to ship", with email notification. 
Most orders are shipped by EMS and TNT. you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting EMS/TNT Tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.

Exchanges and Returns
Only unmendable defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. Once we have confirmed with the defective items, we would immediately EXCHANGE non-detective / correct merchandises for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost. No claims on used goods.

Documents in order to avoid  Customs duty (good news!)
In order to avoid custom duty in several Countries, for example, Poland , Germany , Spain , Czech , Slovakia , Lithuania , Romania , Ukraine, Russia , Indonesia and Malaysia, we make CO (certificate of origin) for our clients if order amount(net goods) is above 250USD. Also there are tips:
. For clients from Europe Countires:
For Countries from Poland, Germany, Spain, Czech, Slovakia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, because the Custom is very strict, so, we'll provide CO automatically and send together with clothes in the package. For clients from other Countries in Europe,  when submit order, please leave us message in the Postscript of order, telling us that you need CO to pass your custom. Then, we'll make it for you, and put it in the package, send it together with the goods. If you want us send the documents separately with the pacakge, you need to pay the mailing fee:
20USD to Germany and Spain.
26USD to  Czech, Slovakia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine and Russia.
. For clients from Asia Countries(Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, etc.):
 For order above 250USD(net goods), if there's problems when passing the custom, or Custom want to charge tax from you, pls tell us, we'll provide you CO free of charge. we'll make it and send it to your address by Express.
